Terms and conditions Making a Purchase Making a purchase is very easy. First browse through the shop and click on any items that capture your interest. You will find that larger pictures can be opened as well. When you are happy with your selection, click on the "Add to Cart" icon. After you have finished your selections click on "Checkout". At this stage you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete your order. When it is time to pay you have two options: (1) Off-line: you can pay with a cheque drawn from a UK bank or building society. If you select this option we will send you an invoice for the total amount and ask to you send us a cheque. Please note we will require up to five working days for the cheque to clear before shipping your purchases. (2) On-line: you will be transferred to the secure PayPal web site and asked to enter your credit card details. After filling in your details and confirming the purchase you will be re-directed back to the Excitim (Opulus Gifts) web site. Alternatively, if you already have a PayPal account you can arrange payment easily. When we receive confirmation from PayPal that your purchase has been completed we will arrange for delivery. Credit Card Security "Shopping with confidence" we guarantee a secure shopping experience. PayPal - Our Payment Service Provider PayPal will process your credit card transaction on our behalf. PayPal has designed their service to ensure your payment details are secure. Your personal card details are held by PayPal and at no stage will your card details ever be divulged to us. Currency We accept payment in United Kingdom Pounds Sterling. International customers will be offered payment in their local currency by PayPal at the time of purchase. Import Duties Opulus Gifts is not responsible for the payment of any import duties or taxes that may be charged by local authorities outside of the UK and European Union. Order Confirmation We will confirm your order and the despatch date by e-mail when we are ready to ship your purchase. Occasionally it may happen that the article you select is temporarily out of stock. In which case we will e-mail to let you know the expected re-stocking date, offer you an alternative of equivalent value or refund that part of your order. It's your choice. Order Cancellation We guarantee your satisfaction. If you have a complaint or are dissatisfied with our service in any way please contact us immediately. You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of goods if you are not entirely satisfied. Simply return the goods in their original packaging for a refund. We cannot refund shipping costs already incurred. If, through no fault of our own or the shipping company, we are unable to deliver goods or we are instructed to uplift or return goods, we will refund your purchase less the cost of delivery (both outward and return). Breakages or damaged goods should be reported to us within 2 days of receipt and returned at the earliest opportunity. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Delivery Policy Please allow 2 days for order processing and up to 5-10 days for delivery. Most orders will be delivered within 7 days. Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout before you confirm your order. Shipping Costs - United Kingdom For orders under £30.00 we charge £3.50 For orders over £30 and under £150.00 we charge £5.00 For orders over £150.00 delivery is free. Shipping Costs - Europe For orders under £50.00 we charge £10.00 (€ ~15.00) For orders over £50 and under £100.00 we charge £14.50 (€ ~21.00) For orders over £100 and under £200.00 we charge £24.00 (€ ~36.00) For orders over £200.00 delivery is free. Euro costs are approximate indications and may vary according to the exchange €/£ exchange rate. For UK based customers we are happy to post orders to a different address than that of your home address. This does not apply to deliveries outside of the UK.
